In April 1, 2017, the 2017 edition OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification standard issued by the International Eco Textile Association came into effect. Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is currently the most authoritative and most widely used textile eco label in the world. It is established in 1992 by the international environmental Textile Association (Oeko-Tex Association). It is strictly stipulated in the limits of yarn, fiber and various kinds of textiles. It is the direction for leading the production and consumption of the textile industry. It is also one of the standard requirements to be observed by the export enterprises. For the end users who intend to buy Textiles, the Oeko-Tex labels on textiles represent a harmless test of the product and become an important basis for users to make a decision on the purchase of textiles.

proposal

As the leading standard of the textile industry, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 will be revised every year on the basis of relevant international regulations, instructions (especially EU directive requirements) and industry development, and the revised content is more complex. At present, the OEKO-TEX certification cost of our enterprises is about 30 thousand to 70 thousand yuan. The release of the new version, the increase of testing material and the extension of the detection cycle will increase the OEKO-TEX certification cost of the export enterprises. As a result, the producers, operators and researchers of the industry should know, grasp the standard requirements and relevant regulations in time, and carry out green R & D, production and manufacture through relevant technology and management measures so as not to cause unnecessary trade losses.
